It’s because you moved the launcher to another directory after the installation of the launcher.
Just move back the resource/client to the original directory.

@PvtParts Hmm after checking, did get the issue, however you are on old license. If you delete the BlackDesert64.dat and BlackDesert65.dat then in launcher Settings -> Recover License, do they get recreated? If after recovering license and launching the game, does the issue persist?
@PvtParts Sounds like you aren’t receiving the update that you should have had received. Can you upload me the 2 files from bin64 named BlackDesert64.dat and BlackDesert65.dat? Should be in launcher_path/resources/client

Have you tried to recover the license via the settings?
It’s an example of where a big company can abuse the smaller ones, nothing new, we will take necessary action later down the line.
